It was perfect. The perfect weather, the perfect temperature. You couldn't ask for a better day for an incredible wedding styled shoot, nevertheless a styled shoot at one of the most coveted wedding venues on the Monterey Peninsula, Gardener Ranch. The bride and groom were a military couple who wholeheartedly agreed to take part in this awesome event. Donning an elaborate dress from Epiphany Bridal in Monterey, she took no pause on capturing the spotlight.

Our groom entered and drove around the roundabout adorned with a beautiful fountain, parading in the Chevrolet Bel Air we were so graciously provided by Monterey Classic Car Rentals and while in vain, admittedly, attempted to place himself in competition for the spotlight with his bride, but alas, it was to no avail.

As the afternoon progressed into golden hour, our lighting got better and better as we were cast into the shadow of the Carmel mountains that towered above us. The shade, while welcomed on such a warm spring day, caused no issue with our lighting options. In fact it allowed for the most interesting of god rays to peak through the oak trees, giving us the perfect lighting for the perfect styled shoot!

Nothing but greatness came out of this awesome time!
